2.Extruder barrel can be used 38CYMOALA materials with nitriding treatment.  Screw heating power: 62 KW/120KW/150KW

 

 

3.Die can be with inner heating system and hydraulic automatic reversing device. Heating power is 72KW/108KW/144KW.

 

 

4.Three-Roller Device is vertical style, surface of roller was with hard chrome treatment.Power is 11KW/15kw

 

 

5.Two-traction device    A. VVVF Traction Power is 3KW  B. Torque Traction  Power is 25N.M/40N.M.

  

6.Automatic Cutting Device  Power is 1.5KW   Drive apparatus is with electromagnetic adjustable speed,power is 0.75KW/1.1kw/1.5kw.
